ABOUT THE PROJECT:
An energetic project conceived in order to improve the functionality and efficiency of the factory.
Biomass is an industrial term used to calify organic material -like wood- capable to produce energy by burning them. It's considered a renewable kind of energy because plants can regrown in time.
The total area of the building is 2345 M2, and inside of it houses boilers, 1 biomass tank and specialized devices for the industrial process.
Specialized companies around the world provided mechanical information to make architectonic/civil drawings and execute them.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

To review architectonic proposal and indicate -if- necessary improvements based on functional requirements and the client's criteria

To evaluate construction documents and specifications, on field, to guarantee the accomplishment on time by the contractor, representing the interests of Kimberly-Clark Corporation

To coordinate structural detailed drawings

To manage the civil works budget
-
To coordinate different civil works stages between the contractors involved, and to ensure the fulfillment of needs
