Tissue Machine Housing

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
An industrial building to house a new Tissue Machinefor the factory production. It consists of three levels, and these levels houses different machine parts associated with the industrial process.
The design creates a variety of volumes, using a two-colors combination on its metal walls. In addition it plays with the textures arrangement (sometimes vertical and sometimes horizontal), to break the typical and monotone perception on this type of buildings.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

To work together with the design team

To prepare 2D drawings (plants, elevations and sections)

To evaluate construction documents and specifications, on field, to guarantee the accomplishment on time by the contractor, representing the interests of Kimberly-Clark Corporation

To Coordinate structural detailed drawings

To management the civil works budget

To coordinate, on field, the different civil works stages between the contractors involved, and to ensure the fulfillment of needs
