ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Kimberly-Clark mill is located in the surroundings of the most important archeological site of El Salvador: Joya de Ceren.

This project was a small part of a complete master plan, which was intended that it be developed in different stages. The idea behind this project was the renovation of the external image of the factory, proposing for that a renewed and industrial-like appearance typology of building, that creates at the same time a contrast with its surroundings.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

  • To work together with the design team

  • To prepare the presentations package (plants, elevations, sections and 3D model/renders)

  • To evaluate construction documents and specifications, on field, to guarantee the accomplishment on time by the contractor, representing the interests of Kimberly-Clark Corporation

  • To coordinate structural detailed drawings
