ABOUT THE PROJECT:
A new building to house the Kimberly-Clark human resources department, with new workplaces and standardize spaces according to the corporation identity.
The offices were built in the upper level while in the ground level the space was used for a multi functional/conferences room.
This improvement is aligned with a big master plan oriented to renovate the company infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

To design and prepare the project presentations package (plants, elevations, sections and 3D model/renders)

To evaluate construction documents and specifications, on field, to guarantee the accomplishment on time by the contractor, representing the interests of Kimberly-Clark Corporation

To coordinate structural detailed drawings
