Social Aid Project: Public School

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
This design responded to a very functional and low-budget social aid project funded by Kimberly-Clark Corporation in combination with USAID, in El Salvador. It consisted in a well-equipped facility focused on theoretical and applied education for an industrial high-school.
One master plan was designed and executed in 3 different stages, to help poor people in the surroundings to have access to an education level and to learn new skills that can help them to have a livelihood.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

To work together with the beneficiaries of the project to understand their needs

To prepare the project presentations package (plants, elevations, sections and 3D model/renders)

To Evaluate construction documents and specifications, on field, to guarantee the accomplishment on time by the contractor, representing the interests of the beneficiaries and Kimberly-Clark Corporation

To coordinate structural detailed drawings

To management the civil works budget

To coordinate and locate companies interested in provide full or partial technical support to the project, in activities related to the improvement of existing infrastructure

To coordinate activities and groups of people, taking hand of employees from the company, interested in give some kind of support in the project
